Return Process

  Carefully fold your linen items and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of use.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
